Most of our pest treatments typically come with a 12-month warranty on all our services unless otherwise specified. This may vary depending on the nature of the pest we are dealing with. Although it is highly unlikely, we will offer a free of charge pest treatment to the affected areas if you notice pests returning.

Absolutely. We value yours and your family's health and safety especially the environment that surrounds you. All our formulations were specially designed to be safe for use around you, your pets and the environment.

We recommend cleaning your interiors lightly for a couple of days to ensure that the treatment takes maximum effect and avoid cleaning your outdoor area for at least two weeks.

That depends on the nature of the treatment and how dangerous the pests we are dealing with are. If you are required to be at a distance during our pest treatments, we will notify you well in advance.
